Brands we’ve worked with

Sound familiar?

Growth stalls for the same five reasons.

Each one has a fix, and most fixes start with the numbers.

  • 01

ROAS looks great in Ads Manager.

The bank account disagrees. Platform numbers count the same sale twice, and nobody checks them against real revenue.

  • 02

CPMs keep rising, and scaling breaks.

Results hold at one budget, then fall apart when you raise it.

  • 03

Tracking hasn’t been right since iOS 14.

Missing purchases mean the algorithms optimize on bad data, and you can’t tell what’s working.

  • 04

Your agency sends screenshots, not answers.

You get charts every month but no clear story of what changed, why, and what happens next.

  • 05

SEO traffic grows, but sales don’t.

Blog visits go up while product and collection pages stay buried.

How healthy is your tracking?

Six yes-or-no questions. Each “no” shows the fix. Your answers stay in your browser; nothing is sent.

1Does your store send purchases to Meta through the Conversions API as well as the Pixel?

Fix: Add the Conversions API next to the Pixel, so purchases that browsers and iOS settings block still reach Meta.

2Do the Pixel and the Conversions API share an event ID, so each purchase is counted once?

Fix: Send the same event ID from both, so Meta can deduplicate and stop double-counting sales.

3Do purchases in GA4 roughly match the orders in your store admin?

Fix: Reconcile GA4 with your store orders and fix missing or duplicate purchase events.

4Is “purchase” the only primary conversion in your Google Ads account?

Fix: Make purchase the primary conversion and set add-to-cart and page views as secondary, so bidding chases sales.

5Are enhanced conversions turned on in Google Ads?

Fix: Turn on enhanced conversions to recover sales that cookies miss.

6Do you compare ad-platform revenue with your real store revenue every month?

Fix: Track MER (total revenue ÷ total ad spend) monthly, because every platform claims credit for the same sale.

Services

One growth plan, four channels of work.

Paid and organic work from the same numbers, so Meta, Google and SEO stop competing for credit.

  • 01

    Meta Ads

Facebook and Instagram campaigns built on a clear account structure, a creative testing framework and clean Pixel + Conversions API data.

  • 02

    Google Ads

Search, Shopping and Performance Max, with a Merchant Center feed set up to sell your best products.

  • 03

    E-commerce SEO

Technical fixes, product and collection pages and content that turn search traffic into orders.

  • 04

    Tracking & analytics

GA4, Pixel + Conversions API and Google Ads conversions you can trust before spend is scaled.

How we work

Four steps, in this order.

Spend only scales once the numbers can be trusted. Typical timing: the audit within 2 workdays, setup and fixes in about a week, the first optimization cycle within 2 weeks, and the first monthly report after 30 days.

  1. Step 1

    Audit

We review your tracking, ad accounts, product feed and SEO, then send a PDF audit with the top fixes ranked by impact and walk you through it on a video meeting if you want to go ahead.

  2. Step 2

    Fix the foundations

Tracking first (Pixel + Conversions API, GA4, Google Ads conversions), then the Merchant Center feed and account structure, before more money goes in.

  3. Step 3

    Launch and test

Campaigns go live on clean data. Each creative, audience or bidding test has a budget, a question it answers and a date to decide.

  4. Step 4

    Scale and report

Budget moves to what is profitable on MER and contribution margin, not platform ROAS. You get a plain-English report every month.

  1. What we check first in a free growth audit Five checks across tracking, ads and SEO, before any budget changes.
  2. 1. Does GA4 match your store’s orders? Same 30 days, side by side. A gap of more than about 10% usually means a missing or doubled purchase tag. (Example store: GA4 is missing 15% of orders.)
  3. 2. Pixel and Conversions API, counted once Purchases reach Meta from the browser and from the server, with the same event ID, so each order counts once, even when a browser blocks the Pixel.
  4. 3. Brand and non-brand, kept apart? Branded searches make the blended ROAS look healthy. Split out, prospecting often tells a different story. (Example account.)
  5. 4. Is the product feed healthy? In Merchant Center we look for disapproved products, missing GTINs and attributes, and titles that don’t match how people search.
  6. 5. Is mobile fast enough? We check Core Web Vitals in Search Console and on real pages. Google’s “good” thresholds: LCP within 2.5 s, INP within 200 ms, CLS under 0.1. (Example page. Thresholds: Google Search Central.)
  7. Then we fix them, in that order. Want this checked on your store? The free growth audit covers all five, in writing.

Results

Real numbers, or none at all.

We only publish results from our own reports and platform exports, with the timeframe and data source. Three anonymized case studies are now live, each backed by the platforms’ own screenshots.

  1. Case study 1

    Custom CMS to Shopify, jewelry

A jewelry store moved to Shopify on the same domain. Search Console clicks went from 3,847 to 206,849 in 28 days, and Meta Ads ROAS from 2.41 to 8.76 (Dec 2025 vs Sep 2026).

  2. Case study 2

    Wix to Shopify, antique jewelry

Almost five years with an antique jewelry store: $18,444,401.31 in online net merchandise sales from November 2021 to September 2026, including a single $100,000 online sale on September 12, 2026.

  3. Case study 3

    Four smaller stores

Four 10–12-week projects covering SEO, product feeds and purchase tracking, with each store’s figures kept separate. One of Store A’s tracked terms moved from position 37 to 4.

FAQ

Straight answers.

Can’t find yours? Ask on WhatsApp or by email and we’ll answer it.

What does it cost, and how do fees work?

Each service is one flat monthly amount, never a percentage of your ad spend, plus a one-off setup where an account needs it. Service pages list what’s included and their starting prices in US dollars, and there’s no minimum term: plans run month to month.

Is there a minimum ad spend?

No fixed minimum. The audit tells you whether your budget is enough for the platform to learn, and if it isn’t, we say so before you spend anything with us.

How long until we see results?

Paid campaigns usually need a few weeks to learn before results settle, and the first month is mostly fixing tracking and structure. SEO takes months, not weeks. We’ll tell you what to expect for your store in the audit. We don’t guarantee results, and you should be wary of anyone who does.

Who owns the ad accounts?

You do. We work through access you grant, and the ad accounts, pixels, data and creatives stay in your business’s name.

Which platforms do you work with?

Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Shopping and Performance Max), Google Merchant Center and GA4. For SEO we work on Shopify, WooCommerce and BigCommerce stores.

How do we communicate?

By email and WhatsApp, plus a plain-English report every month. A video call is available when you want one.

Where is your team based?

In India. We work remotely with e-commerce brands that sell internationally.

What does the free audit need from me?

Read-only access to your ad and analytics accounts, or screenshots if you prefer. You get a written audit as a PDF with the top fixes ranked by impact, within 2 workdays after we have access or screenshots, and a video meeting to go through it if you want to discuss going ahead.
