Fit

Who it’s for

  • Amazon sellers with Brand Registry whose listings have images but no video
  • Brands running Sponsored Products that want to add Sponsored Brands video
  • Sellers whose videos were rejected and who don’t know which rule they broke
  • Shopify brands also selling on Amazon that need their product videos adapted

Not the right fit if you need full Amazon account management. We make and adapt the videos; our Amazon Ads service runs the campaigns.

Problems we fix

Why Amazon videos get rejected or ignored.

  • 01

    Off-Amazon references

A website address, social handle or “buy on our store” line, which Amazon doesn’t allow.

  • 02

    Review and price claims

Star ratings, quotes and discounts on screen that break the content rules or go stale.

  • 03

    Brand film, not product

Lifestyle footage that never shows what’s in the box or how it works.

  • 04

    Wrong format

A vertical social cut squeezed into a horizontal listing slot.

  • 05

    Silent and unclear

No captions, and many shoppers watch on mute.

  • 06

    Sponsored Brands as an afterthought

A listing video reused as an ad without a hook in the first seconds.

Our approach

Amazon listing videos in five parts.

Part one is eligibility and placement. Amazon listing videos and other Amazon product videos can appear in several places: the listing’s image block, A+ content modules, the brand store, and Sponsored Brands video ads in search results. Most of these need the brand enrolled in Amazon Brand Registry, and the exact options depend on your marketplace and account. We check what your account can upload before we plan anything, so you don’t pay for a video with nowhere to go.

Part two is the content rules. Amazon reviews uploaded videos before they go live and rejects ones that break its guidelines. In practice, the rules we edit to are consistent: no website addresses, social handles or links that send shoppers off Amazon; no customer reviews, star ratings or claims like “best seller” on screen; no prices, discounts or time-limited offers; no comparisons that name competitors; and the language must match the marketplace. File limits and length rules sit on the upload screen and change, so we check them on each job rather than quoting numbers that may be out of date.

Part three is the story, which is the product, not the brand. Amazon listing videos work best when they show what a shopper can’t see in photos: the product in use, its real size against a hand or a room, what’s in the box, and the one feature that justifies the price. A typical listing video runs 30 to 60 seconds and shows the product within the first second, with captions and short on-screen labels so it works without sound.

Part four is the footage for your Amazon listing videos. We don’t run studio or on-location shoots: we have no studio, camera crew or set. Live-action footage comes from you, filmed on a phone or camera to our shot list, or from creators we brief for the job. Many Amazon product videos can also be made from what you already have: your packshots and lifestyle photos animated with motion graphics, 3D product renders, and short phone clips of the product in use. If you already have product videos for Shopify or social, we adapt them, removing anything Amazon won’t allow and recutting to horizontal.

Part five is Sponsored Brands video, which is an ad and needs to be edited like one. It autoplays in search results, usually without sound, so the product has to appear immediately and the benefit has to be readable on screen. We cut ad versions of 15 to 30 seconds from each listing video, with a stronger hook and the same content rules, and our Amazon Ads team can test them against your existing Sponsored Brands creative.

Delivery includes your Amazon listing videos ready to upload, titles that match your listing, caption files where the placement takes them, and a note on which ASINs each video belongs to. If Amazon rejects a video, we read the reason, fix the specific frame or line, and resubmit. We keep the project files, so a new colour or variant can be added to a video without starting again.

Amazon listing videos also feed your other channels. A clean, rules-safe product video usually works on your own product pages as well, and the vertical cuts we make for TikTok and Reels come from the same footage, so one filming session covers Amazon, your store and social.

How we use AI here

Where AI helps (and where it doesn’t).

  • Rules check on scripts

AI flags lines that may break Amazon’s content rules (prices, reviews, links); a person makes the final call.

  • Captions and translations

AI-assisted captions and translated versions for other Amazon marketplaces, checked by a person.

Where it doesn’t help: showing the product. We don’t generate the product with AI for Amazon videos; shoppers compare what they see with what arrives, and returns follow.

What’s included

Pricing

How pricing works

We quote after a short audit, once we’ve seen the account or the store, so the number is based on the real work. Each project is a fixed one-off cost, agreed before work starts: from $200 per video.

By industry

What changes for your category.

  • Jewelry

For jewelry on Amazon, video shows true scale on a hand or neck and the clasp up close, with no review stars on screen.

  • Fashion & apparel

For fashion on Amazon, a short try-on with the model’s size noted answers fit, the reason most clothing is returned.

  • Luxury & high-ticket

For luxury and high-ticket items, Amazon video shows materials, packaging and what’s included, calmly and without price claims.

FAQ

Straight answers.

Can’t find yours? Ask on WhatsApp or by email and we’ll answer it.

Can I add a video to my Amazon listing?

Usually, if your brand is enrolled in Amazon Brand Registry or your account has video upload. The options depend on marketplace and account, so we check first.

What can’t an Amazon product video show?

Website addresses or social handles, customer reviews and star ratings, prices and discounts, and claims comparing named competitors. Amazon reviews every upload before it goes live.

How long should an Amazon product video be?

For the listing, 30 to 60 seconds usually covers use, size and the key feature. Sponsored Brands cuts are shorter, around 15 to 30 seconds.

What is Sponsored Brands video?

An Amazon ad format that autoplays a product video in search results. It needs a fast hook and readable on-screen text, because it usually plays without sound.

Do you film the products?

No. We don’t run studio or on-location shoots. You or a creator film to our shot list, or we build the video from your photos, renders and motion graphics.

Can you reuse our Shopify videos for Amazon?

Often, yes. We remove anything Amazon doesn’t allow, recut to horizontal and add captions, which is quicker than starting again.

What if Amazon rejects the video?

We read the rejection reason, fix the specific frame or line, and resubmit. That’s included in the project.
