CRO & creative · Ad creative production

Ad creative production that keeps tests supplied.

We plan and produce ad creative for e-commerce brands: static ads, carousels, short video edits and creator briefs, in the sizes each platform needs. Concepts come from your ad data, reviews and customer questions, and every batch answers a testing question, not just fills a slot.

Free ad creative audit

We’ll check your current ads and what they test and send a PDF report within 2 workdays.

Three fields and you’re done. The PDF report shows what we found on your own pages and accounts, and the order we’d fix it in. It covers the problems we see most often:

  • Too few new ads
  • Variations, not concepts
  • Made without the data

Fit

Who it’s for

  • Brands running Meta, TikTok, YouTube or Pinterest ads with too few new ads each month
  • Teams with product photos and footage but no one to turn them into ads
  • Accounts where the same few ads have run for months and costs are rising
  • Brands that want creator-style video without managing creators themselves

Not the right fit if you need studio photography or full brand campaigns. We work from your existing assets, creator footage and AI-assisted edits, and we don’t produce TV-style shoots.

Problems we fix

Why ad creative runs out of road.

  • 01

    Too few new ads

Algorithms find buyers through creative. With one or two new ads a month, results fade as audiences see the same thing again and again.

  • 02

    Variations, not concepts

Ten versions of the same image with different headlines test very little. Real tests compare different ideas, angles and formats.

  • 03

    Made without the data

Ads designed from taste rather than from what reviews, comments and past results say tend to repeat old mistakes.

  • 04

    One size for every placement

A square image cropped for Stories and Reels loses the headline and the product. Each placement needs its own layout.

  • 05

    Claims that get rejected

Before-and-after promises, invented reviews or unclear creator disclosures get ads disapproved and put the brand at risk.

  • 06

    Nobody records what worked

Without a log of concepts and results, winning ideas get forgotten and losing ones get remade.

  1. What we check first in your ad creative Five checks, from how often new ads go live to what got remembered.
  2. 1. How many new ads a month? Algorithms find buyers through creative. With one or two new ads a month, results fade as people see the same thing again. (Example account.)
  3. 2. Concepts or just variations? Ten versions of one image with new headlines test very little. A real test pits different ideas, angles and formats against each other. (Example account.)
  4. 3. Is each placement designed for? A square image cropped for Stories and Reels loses the headline and the product. (Example ad set.)
  5. 4. Will the claims pass review? Before-and-after promises, invented reviews or unclear creator disclosures get ads rejected and put the brand at risk. (Example ads.)
  6. 5. Is what worked written down? Without a log, winners get forgotten and losers get remade. We sort past ads by concept and result. (Example account, last 6 months.)
  7. Then we fix them, in that order. Want this checked on your ads? The free growth audit covers all five, in writing.

Our approach

Ad creative planned from the numbers.

Each month starts with research: which ads are winning and why, what customers say in reviews and comments, which questions come up before buying and what competitors are running. That becomes a short list of angles, such as a problem the product solves, a result, a comparison, a gift moment or a founder story.

For each angle we produce concepts in several formats: static ads with a clear headline, carousels that show the range or explain step by step, and short video edits for Reels, Stories, TikTok and Shorts. TikTok’s creative best practices and Google’s video ad formats set the specs; the angle sets the message.

UGC ads come from real customers and creators. We write briefs with the hook, the points to cover and the shots needed, help source creators through platforms or your own customers, and edit the footage into ads. Creator content carries clear disclosures as the FTC’s endorsement rules expect, and we only use reviews and testimonials that are real, in line with the FTC’s review rule.

We use AI tools where they save time without making things up: resizing, background cleanup, captions and quick variations. Product images stay accurate, because an ad that misrepresents the product creates returns and complaints.

Every batch ships with a testing plan for Meta Ads, TikTok Ads or YouTube: which concepts go head to head, the budget each gets and the date we decide. Results go into a creative log, and the next month’s brief starts from it.

Testing is planned with budget in mind. Each concept needs enough spend to show a result, so we test fewer, more different ideas at once rather than many small variations, and keep a proven control running alongside so new ad creative has something to beat.

Static ads still earn their place. A clear product image, one headline and one proof point is quick to make and quick to test, and static ads often show which angle works before more expensive video is produced around it.

How we use AI here

How we use AI in ad creative.

Ad creative is where AI saves the most production time. It’s also where the rules matter most.

  • Static ads from real photos

Backgrounds, sizes, seasonal scenes and offer versions are generated around your real product photo. The product itself is never changed.

  • Copy matrix

Hooks and copy are drafted by angle and audience, then edited by a person and checked against your claims.

  • UGC ads, edited faster

Real creator footage is cut into several versions with different hooks, captions and lengths using AI-assisted editing.

  • Creative reporting

Every ad is tagged by hook, format and angle, so the monthly report says which ideas win and what to brief next.

Where it doesn’t help: synthetic UGC, AI “customers” and images that change how the product looks. They risk ad disapprovals and returns. The FTC’s rule on consumer reviews and testimonials (16 CFR Part 465) bans fake ones, including reviews written by AI and passed off as real customers.

What’s included

Deliverables, not promises.

  • Creative research

Your ad results, reviews, comments, customer questions and competitor ads, turned into angles worth testing.

  • Static ads and carousels

Concepts designed in the sizes each placement needs, with headlines written for the angle.

  • Video edits

Short edits for Reels, Stories, TikTok and Shorts from your footage or creator content, with captions.

  • UGC briefs and editing

Briefs for creators or customers, help with sourcing, and editing into ads with proper disclosures.

  • Ad copy

Primary text, headlines and descriptions written for each concept and platform.

  • Platform specs and safe zones

Every file sized for its placement, with text kept clear of the areas where platform buttons and captions sit.

  • Testing plan

Which concepts are tested against each other, with budgets and decision dates.

  • Creative log

Every concept with its results and the lesson, kept in a document you own.

One concept produced as static ads, carousels and video edits in each placement size
One idea, every placement it needs.

How we run it

Four steps, in this order.

Each month’s brief starts from last month’s results. Typical timing: research and concepts in the first week, the first ads within 2 weeks, and the first test read after 2 weeks of spend.

  1. Step 1

    Research

Ad data, reviews, comments and competitors turned into angles.

  2. Step 2

    Concepts and briefs

A short list of concepts per angle, plus creator briefs where video is needed.

  3. Step 3

    Produce

Statics, carousels and video edits in every placement size, with copy.

  4. Step 4

    Test and log

Concepts tested head to head, results logged, and the next brief written from them.

Four steps of our monthly ad creative cycle, from research to testing and the creative log
Research, concepts, production, then test and log.

Every month

What you get each month

  • A new batch of concepts each month, in every placement size
  • Video edits from your footage or creator content
  • A plain-English monthly report: what was tested, what won and what’s next
  • Updates by email and WhatsApp, and a video call when you want one

Real results from the ads we run are in our Meta Ads results, and the monthly plan sets the number of new concepts, typically four to six.

Pricing

How pricing works

We quote after a short audit, once we’ve seen the account or the store, so the number is based on the real work. Ongoing work is one flat monthly amount, starting at $600. There’s no minimum term: plans run month to month.

By industry

What changes for your category.

  • Jewelry

Jewelry creative lives on detail and emotion: macro shots, the piece worn, gift moments and reviews about quality. We plan angles around occasions and keep colors and metals accurate.

  • Fashion & apparel

Fashion needs volume: try-ons, outfit ideas, fit notes and new arrivals. We batch concepts per collection and refresh winners before they tire.

  • Luxury & high-ticket

High-ticket creative tells a story: craftsmanship, provenance and the people behind the brand, with fewer, more considered ads.

FAQ

Straight answers.

Can’t find yours? Ask on WhatsApp or by email and we’ll answer it.

How many new ads do we need each month?

Enough to keep a real test running on each main campaign. For most stores that means several new concepts a month, not dozens of small variations. We size it to your budget, because each concept needs spend to show a result.

Do you shoot product photos?

No. We work from your product photos and footage, creator content and AI-assisted edits. If you need a shoot, we brief the photographer on what the ads need.

What are UGC ads?

Ads made from content by customers or creators, usually short, phone-shot videos showing the product in real use. They often feel more native on social platforms than polished brand ads.

How do creators get paid and disclosed?

Through a direct agreement with each creator, with the fee and usage rights set per deal. Creator content that’s paid or gifted is disclosed as advertising, and we never invent testimonials.

Do you use AI to make ads?

For resizing, background cleanup, captions and quick variations, yes. We don’t use AI to change what the product looks like or to create fake customers.

How fast can you turn around a batch?

It depends on the number of concepts and whether creators need to film. We agree a monthly schedule so new ads arrive before the current ones tire.

Can you work with our in-house designer?

Yes. We can supply research, angles, briefs and copy while your designer produces the files, or produce some formats ourselves and leave the rest to your team.

Do you make ads for Google Shopping and Pinterest too?

Shopping ads are built from your product feed, so the work there is feed data and product images. For Pinterest we produce vertical images and short videos that look like the ideas people save, alongside the shopping ads from your catalog.

Who owns the ads you make?

You do, along with the source files. Creator content is used under the rights the creator grants, which we document for you.
