How fast do you reply?
Typically within 24 hours on workdays. WhatsApp is the quickest way to contact us with a short question; for anything with files or screenshots, email works best.
Do you work with stores outside India?
Yes. Our team is based in India and works remotely with e-commerce brands that sell internationally. Meetings happen by video. The rules for ads, privacy and tracking change by country (in the EU, for example, data protection law sets how consent works), so we check them for each market.
Is there a minimum engagement?
Nothing is needed to start: the free audit costs nothing and commits you to nothing. If you want to go ahead, the plan we send sets out the scope, the price and any minimum term in writing, so you see the terms before you agree to anything.
