Meta Conversions API on Shopify: set it up in 5 steps, then check it works

Video & social · Brand videos
We make brand videos for growing businesses: 60 to 120 second films that explain who you are, what you make and why buyers should trust you. Each brand video is built from your footage, photos, motion graphics and narration, then cut down for your website, social and ads. We don’t film on set; you or a creator film to our shot list.

Free brand video brief review
Three fields and you’re done. We look at what you have, say what we’d make and how, and check it against the problems we see most often:
Your plan comes by email as a PDF. If you want to discuss going ahead after reading it, we’ll set up a video meeting. We use your details only for this review.
Fit
Not the right fit if you want a cinematic shoot with a director, crew and actors. We don’t offer studio or on-location filming, and we won’t pretend a phone shoot is a film production.
Problems we fix
Two minutes of values and drone shots, and the viewer still doesn’t know what you sell.
A long film on the homepage and nowhere else, with no cutdowns for social or ads.
Stiff delivery because nobody wrote for speaking, only for reading.
Smiling people in offices that could belong to any brand.
“The best quality” and “trusted by thousands” without anything to back them.
An embedded file that slows the page and never appears in search.

Our approach
Part one is the story, written before anything is filmed. A good brand video answers 3 questions in order: what you do, who it’s for and why you rather than the alternative. We interview you for 30 to 45 minutes, pull out the facts that only you can say (how a product is made, why the business started, what you refuse to do), and turn them into a script you approve line by line.
Part two is the material. We don’t run studio or on-location shoots: we have no studio, camera crew or set. Live-action footage comes from you, filmed on a phone or camera to our shot list, or from creators we brief for the job. A brand video usually mixes 4 kinds of footage: the founder or team talking, the product being made or used, the place where the work happens, and real customers only where they’ve agreed to appear. Where footage is thin, we fill with motion graphics, animated type and your photography rather than stock clips of strangers.
Part three is the edit. We cut the main brand video to 60 to 120 seconds, with the product on screen within the first 10 seconds, captions throughout, and a clear ending that tells the viewer what to do next. Narration is your own voice, a team member’s, or a disclosed AI voice when nobody wants to record. Our in-house pipeline handles motion graphics, colour, captions and loudness mastering, so every version sounds and looks the same. Our client video work is shown anonymously: see real campaign results in our YouTube Ads results and TikTok Ads results.
Part four is the cutdowns, because one long brand video rarely gets watched to the end on social. From each master we cut a 30 second version for the homepage and YouTube, 15 second versions for Reels, TikTok and Shorts in 9:16, and 6 second bumpers for ads. Each cutdown keeps one idea from the story, not a squeezed copy of all of it.
Part five is the home for the video. On your site, a brand video belongs on a page with text that says the same thing, so search engines and AI assistants can read it, and it loads only when needed. Google’s video SEO guidance explains that a video needs an indexed watch page to appear in video results, so we set that up when search matters to you.
Every claim in a brand video is one you can prove. If the script says “handmade in Jaipur” or “10 years in business”, it’s true; if a customer appears, they’ve agreed in writing and they’re a real customer. The FTC’s Endorsement Guides apply to endorsements in video as much as in text, and we keep the permissions on file.
You see the work at 3 points: the script, the first cut and the final cut. Changes are cheapest at the script stage, so that’s where we spend the most time with you; by the final cut, the brand video should only need small fixes.

How we use AI here
AI turns the interview transcript into draft script options; a person rewrites them in your voice and checks every fact.
Disclosed AI voice when you prefer it, and AI help with animated type and clean-up of rough footage.
Where it doesn’t help: being you. We don’t generate a fake founder, fake team or fake customers. Platforms such as YouTube ask creators to disclose realistic AI-generated scenes, and a brand story told with invented people stops being your story.
What’s included
A 30 to 45 minute call that finds what only your brand can say.
A spoken-word script you approve line by line before filming.
The footage we need from you or a creator, with example frames.
60 to 120 seconds with captions, music and motion graphics.
30, 15 and 6 second versions in 16:9, 9:16 and 1:1.
A watch page with matching text and a light, lazy-loaded embed.
Music licences and signed permissions for anyone who appears.

How we run it
Story first, footage second, edit third, then the cutdowns. Typical timing: the script within 1 week, the first cut in about 2 weeks, and final files within 2 workdays of your feedback.
Step 1
We find the story and the facts behind it.
Step 2
Approved by you before anything is filmed.
Step 3
First cut, your notes, final cut.
Step 4
Short versions for social, ads and the site.

Pricing

By industry
For jewelry, the brand story is often the maker: hands at the bench, the stones chosen, the finish. That footage films well on a phone.
For fashion, the story is the design point of view and how the clothes are made and worn, told in short cuts for Reels and TikTok.
For luxury and high-ticket brands, provenance and craft carry the price, so the edit is slower and lets the details speak.

The main version works best at 60 to 120 seconds. Cutdowns of 30, 15 and 6 seconds carry single ideas into social feeds and ads.
No. We don’t run studio or on-location shoots. You or a creator film to our shot list, and we fill gaps with motion graphics and your photography.
We do, from a 30 to 45 minute interview with you. You approve the script line by line before any footage is filmed.
Yes, if you prefer it, and we disclose it. Many brands use their own voice or a team member’s, which usually sounds more trustworthy.
On the homepage or About page with matching text, on YouTube, and as cutdowns in social posts and top-of-funnel ads.
Yes, if they are real customers who agree in writing. We never use actors or AI-generated people as customers.
