Free listing audit
Three fields and you’re done. Tell us the brand or paste the ASINs, and we review each listing against Amazon’s title, bullet point and search term rules, then write up what to change first.
Your PDF report comes by email. If you want to discuss going ahead after reading it, we’ll set up a video meeting. We use your details only for this audit.
What we can show today
Real Amazon results from ten seller accounts, shown anonymously, are in our Amazon Ads results.
What we can show is the method. Every rewrite in this service is checked against three Seller Central pages, the product title requirements, the bullet point requirements and the search terms guide, all read on 19 October 2026. The same team writes product copy and runs Amazon Ads and Google Shopping for stores, where the product title decides which searches a product can show for.
What we check
Amazon’s search matches the words in a listing; what shoppers then do on it shapes the rest. These six parts cover both.
Length, word order, repeated words, banned characters and promo phrases, against the current title rules.
At least three, each with a short header, features first, no claims you can’t back up.
Synonyms, spelling variants and other languages, with no brand names, ASINs or repeated words.
Main image rules, plus images that answer size, scale and use questions before a shopper asks.
Content for Brand Registry sellers that answers objections the bullets can’t fit, written for phones first.
What buyers praise and complain about, fed back into the copy and the images.

How we work
Amazon SEO starts with the words shoppers type. We collect search terms from the Amazon search bar’s suggestions, your Sponsored Products search term report if you run ads, and the listings that rank in the top three for each main search. That gives a list of phrases per product, sorted into the title, the bullets and the backend search terms, so no phrase is wasted by appearing twice.
The product title is the most important field, and its rules changed. As of October 2026, Amazon’s title requirements say titles must not exceed 75 characters including spaces, must not use the same word more than twice, must not contain promotional phrases such as “free shipping”, and must avoid characters like ! and $. Listings that break them can be suppressed. Item highlights add up to 125 more characters for materials or uses. We rewrite titles in Amazon’s suggested order: brand, style or flavour, product type, key attribute, colour, size or pack count, model number.
Bullet points come next. The bullet point requirements ask for at least three bullets, each starting with a capital and a short header followed by a colon, numbers one to nine written in words, a space between a number and its unit, and no comparative or performance claims unless the packaging backs them up. We write each bullet around one question a buyer has, such as fit, material, care or what’s in the box.
Backend search terms carry what the title and bullets can’t. Amazon’s search terms guide says the Generic keyword field has a byte limit and stops accepting text once it’s reached, and that brand names, ASINs, subjective claims like “best” and temporary words like “on sale” are not allowed. So we fill it with synonyms, spelling variants and abbreviations, in lowercase, separated by spaces, with no repeats from the title.
Words get a listing matched. Amazon doesn’t publish how it ranks matched listings, but listings that sell tend to rank above those that don’t, which is why images, A+ content and reviews are part of this service. We look at what buyers ask in questions and complain about in reviews, then answer it in an image or an A+ module, such as a size chart or a scale shot. If you run Sponsored Products, the ads bring the first sales to a rewritten listing, and the search term report shows which new phrases start converting.
Last, we track. Each listing gets a before-and-after sheet with its title, sessions, unit session percentage and the main searches it ranks for, read from Business Reports and Brand Analytics if you are brand registered. We check four and eight weeks after the change, and we roll the pattern out to the rest of the catalogue only once the first listings have moved.

What’s included
The audit is free. If you want us to rewrite the listings, this is the work.
Phrases per product from Amazon suggestions, ad reports and top-ranking listings.
Within the 75-character rule, in Amazon’s suggested order, plus item highlights.
Three to five bullets with headers, answering the questions buyers ask most.
Synonyms and variants within the byte limit, with prohibited terms removed.
A list of the images each listing is missing, with what each must show.
Module copy and layout for brand-registered sellers, written for phones first.
Sessions, conversion and main searches per listing, checked at four and eight weeks.

How we work
Nothing is charged until you have seen the review and the plan.
Step 1
You send five ASINs; within 2 workdays you get the PDF report.
Step 2
Search terms collected per product and sorted by field.
Step 3
Titles, bullets, search terms and A+ content written and uploaded with you.
Step 4
Each listing checked at four and eight weeks, then the pattern applied to the rest.

Fit
Not the right fit if you resell other brands’ products on shared listings. Only the brand owner can change most listing content, so the work has little effect there.

FAQ
Can’t find yours? Ask on WhatsApp or by email and we’ll answer it.
It is improving a product listing so Amazon matches it to more searches and ranks it higher. That means the right words in the title, bullets and search terms, and images that turn views into sales.
Amazon’s title rules say 75 characters including spaces, with no word used more than twice. Item highlights add up to 125 characters for details like materials or uses.
They are words you enter in the Generic keyword field that shoppers don’t see. Amazon uses them for matching, so they hold synonyms and spelling variants, never brand names or ASINs.
No. Amazon’s search terms guide lists brand names, including other brands, as prohibited. Using them can get the terms ignored or the listing suppressed.
Yes, but more slowly. Listings that sell tend to rank better, so a rewritten listing with no traffic moves slowly. Sponsored Products bring the first sales and show which new searches convert.
New text usually shows on the listing within days, but rank tends to follow sales, so we read results at four and eight weeks before rolling the changes out further.
