Video & social · Community management
We provide social media community management for brands with active accounts and ads. Our community management team answers comments and messages within an agreed reply window, in your voice, moderates ad comments, passes sales questions and complaints to the right person, and reports what your customers keep asking.

Free community audit
Three fields and you’re done. The PDF report shows what we found on your own pages and accounts, and the order we’d fix it in. It covers the problems we see most often:
Your PDF report comes by email. If you want to discuss going ahead after reading it, we’ll set up a video meeting. We use your details only for this audit.
Fit
Not the right fit if you need full customer service for orders (refunds, tracking, account issues). We answer and route social conversations; your support team or helpdesk handles the order itself.
Problems we fix
A buyer asks about sizes on Friday and gets an answer on Monday, from a competitor.
Spam, scams and complaints sitting under the ad that’s spending your budget.
Three people giving three different answers on returns.
Unhappy customers ignored until the thread grows.
Booking questions answered but never passed to the person who books.
The same questions every week, and the product page never answers them.

How we work
Part one of community management is the reply window. We cover your accounts Monday to Saturday, and we agree the daily hours and how quickly replies go out inside them. We state the window plainly so nobody assumes 24/7 when it isn’t. Outside the window, an auto-reply in messages says when the team will answer.
Part two of community management is the reply library. Before we start, we write saved answers with you for the questions that come up most: sizes, delivery times, returns, prices, ingredients, booking, opening hours. Each answer is in your voice and points to the right page. The library grows every week from real questions, and anything new or sensitive is checked with you before we answer it publicly.
Part three of community management is escalation rules. Every conversation falls into one of three groups: we answer it (product questions, general information), we pass it on with the details (orders, refunds, bookings, sales leads), or we escalate it at once (complaints that could grow, health or safety issues, legal threats, press). Each group has an owner on your side and a channel, usually email, WhatsApp or your helpdesk.
Part four of community management is moderation, especially on ads. Ad comments shape whether people buy, so we hide spam, scams and abuse quickly, answer genuine questions publicly, and leave honest criticism visible while replying to it. Instagram’s Hidden Words and Meta’s moderation tools filter offensive terms automatically, and we add your own word list. We never delete fair negative comments to make an ad look better.
Part five of community management is the themes report. Each month we report how many conversations came in, how fast they were answered, how many became leads or sales handovers, and the top questions and complaints. The most useful output is often the list of questions that the product page, FAQ or ad should already answer; fixing those reduces volume and lifts conversion.
Community management also covers the platforms’ rules. Replies follow Meta’s Community Standards and each platform’s own policies, we never invent reviews or post as fake customers (the FTC’s reviews rule bans that), and personal details shared in public comments are moved to private messages.
We work inside Meta Business Suite, TikTok and the other platforms’ own inbox tools, or a social inbox tool you already use. Access is given through business roles, never by sharing your password, and every reply is made by a person.
Community management also protects ad budgets. A paid ad with an unanswered question about delivery or a spam reply under it converts worse than the same ad with a quick, helpful answer. During active campaigns we check ad comments more often than organic posts, and we flag recurring objections to the ads team, because a question asked fifty times under an ad is often a sign the ad should answer it.
Messages with personal data are handled carefully. When a customer shares an order number, address or health detail in a public comment, we move the conversation to private messages and hide the original where the platform allows, then pass the details to your team through the agreed channel rather than storing them ourselves.
At the end of each month we update the reply library from what came in, retire answers that are out of date and add new ones you’ve approved, so the community management gets faster and more consistent over time.
Tone matters as much as speed. Replies are short, warm and specific, they use the customer’s name where the platform shows it, and they never argue in public. When a customer is upset, the first reply acknowledges the problem and moves the conversation to private messages, where your team can put it right.

How we use AI here
AI suggests a reply from the library; a person checks and sends it.
AI tags conversations by topic for the monthly report; a person reviews the tags.
Where it doesn’t help: judgement. Complaints, health questions and anything sensitive are handled by a person, and no unsupervised bot replies on your behalf.

By industry
For jewelry, most questions are sizing, materials and delivery dates for gifts; fast answers before gifting dates matter most.
For fashion, fit and returns questions dominate, and the themes report often fixes the size guide.
For luxury and high-ticket brands, private enquiries are moved to DMs quickly and handed to a named person.

Yes. We build a reply library with you in your voice, and anything new or sensitive is checked with you before we answer publicly.
We hide spam, scams and abuse. Fair criticism stays visible and gets a reply, because deleting it looks worse and isn’t honest.
No. We pass order issues to your support team with the details. We handle the social conversation, not the order system.
AI can suggest a reply from the library, but a person checks and sends every reply. No unsupervised bot speaks for you.
