Free account audit

We’ll check 20 points in how your team works and send a PDF report within 2 workdays.

Three fields and you’re done. We look at your ad accounts, analytics, SEO and routines the way a trainer would before the first workshop, then write up where your team needs help most.

  • 20 checks across accounts, routines, access, tracking and reporting
  • A PDF report on your own accounts, plus a suggested training plan
  • No logins needed; read access is optional and asked for in the chat
Chat on WhatsApp Prefer to talk first? Send us your website on WhatsApp.

Your PDF report comes by email. If you want to discuss going ahead after reading it, we’ll set up a video meeting. We use your details only for this audit.

Training from people who run live accounts, not slides.

Reports from accounts and sites the trainers run today, the same work the workshops teach. Clients are anonymized and shown with permission. They show the trainers’ own work, not results from a team we trained.

What the proof shows

What these reports prove, and what they don’t.

The reports show that the people running the workshops run real Search, Meta and SEO work every week, with results you can check. They don’t show a trained team’s results, because those depend on the team, the time it gets and the accounts it inherits.

Kashif has trained the people he worked with: as Digital Operations Head for a hospital client he ran the team that handled listings, ads and patient reviews, and the routines in our SOPs come from running client accounts since 2021.

The 20 checks

What the audit checks before marketing team training.

The same 20 checks on every account, so the training plan covers what your team actually gets wrong, not a generic syllabus.

  • 01

    Ad accounts (1 to 4)

Campaign structure, search terms, negative keywords and creative testing in Google Ads and Meta Ads.

  • 02

    Routines (5 to 8)

Which checks happen daily, weekly and monthly, who does them and whether they are written down.

  • 03

    Access (9 to 12)

Who has which access level in Google Ads, Analytics, Meta and the store, and who would lock you out if they left.

  • 04

    Tracking (13 to 16)

Key events, conversion tags and UTM tags, and whether the team trusts the numbers it reports.

  • 05

    Reporting (17 to 20)

What the team reports, how often, and whether each report ends with a decision.

  • 06

    What you get back

A PDF report with the gaps on your own accounts and a suggested set of workshops.

In 1:10 · animated

Before we change anything, we check five things.

Read the transcript
  1. What we check before training your team Five of the 20 checks, so the training covers what your team gets wrong.
  2. 1. Are the search terms being read? A search terms report nobody opens means spend on searches that never buy. (Example Google Ads account.)
  3. 2. Are the routines written down? Which checks happen daily, weekly and monthly, and who does each one. (Example team.)
  4. 3. Does everyone need the access they have? Google Ads has admin, standard and read-only levels. Too many admins means anyone could lock the business out. (Example account. Source: Google Ads Help, access levels.)
  5. 4. Does the team trust its numbers? Key events, conversion tags and UTM tags that agree, so reports don’t start with an argument. (Example account.)
  6. 5. Does each report end in a decision? A report that only lists numbers changes nothing. Each one should end with what to do next. (Example team.)
  7. Then we fix them, in that order. Want this checked on your team? The free growth audit covers all five, in writing.

How we work

How our marketing team training sticks after we leave.

Most training fails because it happens on a demo account and is forgotten by Monday. Our marketing team training happens on your own Google Ads, Meta, Analytics and store accounts, with your own campaigns on the screen. Each session ends with the team doing the task themselves while we watch, and a written SOP for doing it again. A typical programme is six workshops over six weeks, two hours each, for an in-house team of two to ten people.

The marketing workshops follow the gaps the audit finds. The usual set: Google Ads search terms and negatives, Shopping and Performance Max feeds, Meta Ads creative testing and audiences, SEO for product and collection pages, tracking and key events, and reporting that ends in decisions. Between sessions the team takes the free courses that match: Google’s Skillshop for Google Ads certification and Meta Blueprint for Meta’s courses and certifications.

Certifications are a useful floor, not the goal. As of October 2026, Google’s page on becoming a Google Partner asks agencies to have at least 50% of their account strategists certified, which shows how much Google values the basics. We go past them into the judgement calls: when to pause a keyword, when a creative is tired, when a drop in clicks is a tracking problem and not a ranking one.

Marketing SOPs are what remain after the workshops. Each one is a short, numbered checklist with screenshots: the weekly search terms review, budget pacing, the monthly SEO check, launching a sale, posting on the Business Profile. They live in your shared drive, the team edits them as the platforms change, and a new hire can follow them in their first week.

Training on live accounts needs safe access. We set each trainee’s level in Google Ads using the Admin, Standard, Read-only, Email-only and Billing levels in Google’s access levels guide, and review their changes in change history, which records who made each change. On Meta, business portfolio permissions separate full control from partial access, as explained in Meta’s permissions guide.

We measure training like any other marketing work. The audit at the start gives a baseline (wasted spend, untracked conversions, missed routines), and we repeat it eight weeks after the last session. For teams that want a senior lead after the training, our fractional CMO service runs the weekly review with them, and SEO consulting covers deeper search questions.

Learn it, do it, write it down, check it.

Fit

Who marketing team training is for

  • Brands bringing marketing in-house after working with agencies
  • Small teams that run ads and SEO but learned by trial and error
  • Founders who want staff to follow the same routines every week
  • Companies onboarding new marketers who need written processes

Not the right fit if nobody in-house will own the work afterwards. In that case our managed services, such as Google Ads, fit better.

FAQ

Straight answers.

Can’t find yours? Ask on WhatsApp or by email and we’ll answer it.

What does marketing team training cover?

Hands-on workshops in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, tracking and reporting, chosen by what the audit finds. Each one ends with a written SOP your team keeps.

Is the account audit really free?

Yes. The 20 checks, the PDF report and the video meeting cost nothing and come with no obligation. You only pay if you then ask us to train your team, at a fixed price agreed first.

Do you train on our real accounts?

Yes, with access levels set so nobody can break anything they shouldn’t. Real campaigns make the lessons stick, and the team fixes real problems while learning.

How long does the training take?

A typical programme is six two-hour workshops over six weeks, with homework in between. Smaller teams or narrower topics can be shorter.

Is the training online or in person?

Both work. Video calls suit most teams; in-person days can be arranged for larger teams. Every session is recorded for people who miss it.

What is a marketing SOP?

A standard operating procedure: a short checklist for a routine task, such as the weekly search terms review, so anyone on the team does it the same way.
